Massage your Organs to Increased Fertility and Abdominal Health

August 4, 2015
Massage your Organs to Increased Fertility and Abdominal Health
You can try all sorts of hormones, you can subject your body to rough chemical rides and try different acrobatic positions to increase your fertility.
But you can also massage your abdomen for a better abdominal health (that includes your digestion and the overall health of your ovaries and uterus).
We decided to give abdominal massage a shot and, having experienced the rejuvenating results first hand, we grilled trained Chi Nei Tsang (a type of abdominal massage) practitioner Sumaya Holdijk about all the ins and outs of abdominal massage, how it can help cure different diseases and just  how to do it yourelf.
Chi Nei Tsang is a blend of Chinese and Thai abdominal massage techniques rooted back to ancient times and used to detoxify and energize the internal organs through soft and deep manipulation of the abdomen; the literal translation of Chi Nei Tsang is “internal organs chi transformation.”
Holdijk is a Chi Nei Tsang practitioner, massage therapist, a trained homeopath as well as a Doula. She trained with Master Ni, an expert in Chi Nei Tsang, over a period of six years and combines her homeopathy with bodywork for many of her clients.
In the videos featured below, Holdijk talks to us about the details of what Chi Nei Tsang does to our system, with a focus on its benefits for fertility; she also takes us through a daily self-massage that could help ease digestion issues as well as stimulate the ovaries for healthier ovulation.
Having used it to treat her polycystic ovaries herself, Holdijk explains that Chi Nei Tsang can help align the organs in you abdomen for better digestion and enhanced fertility:

More often than not, it has become a bit of a challenge for couples these days to conceive; reasons to that vary but Chi Nei Tsang could very much be one of the natural options to try before resorting to hormones. Whether your problem is physiological or psychological, the abdominal massage could be quite helpful for your monthly cycle. Part three of our interview with Holdijk explains more:

Chi Nei Tsang is not meant to be just a one-off quick fix, but rather a continuos go-to technique ensuring regulated digestion and intestinal health. Just like a de-stress relaxing massage, your abdomen would benefit from a monthly visit to a Chi New Tsang practitioner. Here are more details on when to resort to it, and how often:

In addition to the massage, there are a few herbs recommended to aid in getting pregnant. The listed herbs are of great benefit to our systems because of how they tone and oxygenate the uterus and cervix to prepare for optimal health of the baby and to help carry it to term.

  • Nettle leaf tea
  • Red clover leaf tea
  • Red raspberry leaf tea
Vaginal steaming is also a go-to method with crucial benefits to our reproductive system as a whole; the steaming helps in cleansing, toning, nourishing the cervix, uterus and vaginal tissue.

It also aids with bladder and yeast infections, infertility, severe menstrual cramping, uterine fibroids, and perennial tears.

Here’s how to do it and the herbs to use for it; you can use either dried or fresh though fresh is always preferred:

  • Mugwort
  • Liquorice
  • Macca
  • Ashwaganda
  • Echinacea
  • Marigold (Calendula, you can find that at the herbalist)
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • Basil
  • Sage
  • Parsley
You should ultimately use at least a mix of four of them; method:
1. Boil water in a large pot.
2. Once the water has begun to boil, add your herbs to the pot and cover.
3. Boil for another ten to fifteen minutes.
4. You will need either a chair that has holes or you can use the toilet bowl.
5. Place the pot under the chair or in the toilet and sit on top, making sure you dont burn yourself.
6. You want to use either a cotton or wool blanket to completely cover yourself.
7. Make sure you are warm on the upper torso as well.
8. Allow your vagina to steam for 30 to 40 minutes.
9. When you are done, lie in bed and stay warm; you need to lie down for at least an hour.
You can do the steaming three times a week leading up to ovulation; do not do the steaming after ovulation has passed.

Before you watch the self abdominal massage, please remember the following crucial tips:

Do Not do the massage in the following cases:
1. After ovulation
2. If you had surgery anywhere on your abdomen in the past six months
3. If you have severe diarrhea
4. If you are pregnant
Also, make sure you do the massage:
1. On an empty stomach; ideally first thing in the morning and before you go to bed at night.
2. Using the oils mentioned in the video tutorial below.
3. During the week between the end of your period until ovulation.

Holdijk also recommends the following homeopathy protocol to aid in getting pregnant); you can ask any homeopath to make you the remedies:

1. Carc 200c one dose
2.Folliculinum 1m, one dose 10 days after menstrual cycle, two days before ovulation
3.Thuja 200c once weekly, three drops in water
4. Nat mur 200c take 30 min after Thuja weekly
Follow this protocol for at least two months or more; until you get pregnant.
